Book online and complete a short intake form. First visits are typically in person in St. George — weekday evenings or Fridays — with telehealth arranged case by case. Either way, have your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any questions handy.
Your evaluation is a real conversation about your history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals — no rushing, no judgment. Lori listens first, then walks you through your options in plain language.
You'll leave with a written treatment plan: what we're addressing, any medication recommendations, what to expect, and when to follow up. When appropriate, prescriptions go to your pharmacy the same day.
Have these on hand to make your first visit smooth and productive:
Lori actually listens. I've seen several providers over the years and none of them took the time she does. I finally feel like my medication is dialed in.
The telehealth option was a game changer for me. I work long hours and the flexibility to do appointments from home made all the difference in sticking with treatment.
I was nervous about starting medication for anxiety. Lori walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and checked in regularly. So grateful I found her.
